Returning Your Product. If you are unhappy with The Wine Clip, return it for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt. All sales are considered final after that time. To return The Wine Clip, call 516-576-9480 (x251) between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., M-F, Eastern Standard Time.

The Wine Clip comes with a lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that The Wine Clip should fail to work, we will replace it with a new Wine Clip. Simply call 516-9480 (x251). Note: Products which are broken or damaged due to customer neglect or mishandling are not covered under the warranty.
